Kofi Agyarko is an Assoc. Professor at the College of Agriculture Education of the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. He holds a PhD degree in Soil Science (Land use and Environmental Science), a second degree in Agro-Environmental Protection(Agro-Environmental Chemistry), a first degree in General Agriculture and a Diploma in Education. Currently, Prof. Agyarko is the Head of the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences Education of the University. He was a member of Council of the Governing Body of the University of Education, Winneba and the Coordinator of Postgraduate Studies of College of Agriculture Education.He is the immediate past Dean of the Faculty of Science and Environment Education of the University.Prof. Agyarko handles Courses at both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels in soil science.In the field of research Prof. Agyarko has more than 30 publications and was the leader of a Soil amendment project funded from the West Africa Agricultural Productivity Project (WAAPP)/ Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) Non-Competitive Research Grant.He is the External Examiner for the Department of Soil Science of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and has assessed many manuscripts from various international Journals.
